On March 29, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, put into operation the Center for Culture and Development of Innovative Technologies at the Tajik State University of Law, Business and Politics in the city of Khujand.

With the commissioning of the facility, permanent work was created for 15 people.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, had a cordial conversation with the students and guided the youth to a wide study of exact sciences and modern technologies. Also, the students were advised to pay serious attention, first of all, to the in-depth study of modern sciences, especially digital and innovative technologies.

This facility consists of a large assembly hall with 720 seats, the Center for Artificial Intelligence and IT Park, the Dissertation Council hall, a museum, exhibition of folk crafts, small hall for music and dance, auxiliary and service rooms.
The Center for Artificial Intelligence and IT Park, established at the University, serves as a modern innovative platform for the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in the country.

The Center is aimed at creating an intellectual environment for the analysis, processing, and effective use of information, while paying special attention to the training of highly qualified and competitive specialists.

Within the framework of its activities, it pays serious attention to the development of artificial intelligence systems, digitalization of the educational process, and the development of scientific research.

The Center is equipped with modern equipment, including personal computers suitable for artificial intelligence, programming, etc. In addition, the Center is connected to a high-speed Internet network via an optical line, creating all the necessary conditions for effective educational, scientific, and innovative activities.

Three Dissertation Councils are operating at the University, which serve to hold scientific meetings, including the defense of candidate and doctoral theses.

These Councils play an important role in the training of highly qualified specialists and the development of domestic science.

The University Museum is considered one of the important cultural and educational sectors, reflecting the history and achievements of the University. The museum exhibits valuable materials related to the stages of the development of the University, its scientific and educational achievements, and its contribution to the training of specialists.

An important part of the museum is information and photographs of the visits of the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, to the University, which reflect the constant attention of the country’s top leadership to the field of education and its development.

The museum also houses scientific and educational achievements, inventions, and scientific works of scientists and teachers of the University, reflecting their activities in the development of science and education.

A small music and dance hall is provided in the Center for Culture and Development of Innovative Technologies to develop the creative talents of students. Music, dance, and other cultural programs are held in this hall. This hall makes a significant contribution to the upbringing of aesthetic taste, the development of national culture, and the training of creative youth.

The Folk Crafts Exhibition has been established at the Center for Culture and Development of Innovative Technologies as an important cultural corner. It displays the best examples of traditional national crafts, including carving, embroidery, jewelry, and carpet weaving.
