Tajikistan Discusses Export Development Program for 2026–2030

On March 11, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan held the 20th meeting of the Coordinating Committee on Trade Facilitation.
Committee members, including representatives of the private sector and development partners, took part in the meeting, Khovar reported, citing the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.
Participants discussed the presentation of the State Program for Export Development of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030, the activities of the German Society for International Cooperation project “Trade Facilitation in Central Asia,” the launch of the “Strengthening the Potential of the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor” project, and the committee’s work plan for 2026.
Officials noted that, under the guidance of the president of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, significant steps have been taken to simplify trade procedures in the country.
They added that ministries and agencies, together with the private sector and development partners, are continuing to take practical measures to facilitate trade.
