On August 21, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, during a working visit to Faizabad district, after the opening of Secondary Educational Institution No. 11, remotely put into operation a number of important social facilities.

First, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, put into operation the new administrative building of the Javonon rural community. The new administrative building has 11 office rooms, a meeting room, and an electronic library. The creation of such favorable working conditions will provide more opportunities for improving the activities of local self-government employees and increasing the level and quality of services to community residents.

One of the main goals of the construction of this facility is to create appropriate conditions for receiving citizens and timely resolution of social and administrative issues of the community population.

The construction of the building was carried out with the funding of the Executive Body of State Power of Faizabad district and the contribution of patriotic entrepreneurs. With the commissioning of the new facility, 22 people will have permanent jobs.

Another important social facility that was put into operation by the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, is a new preschool educational institution for 100 children in the village of Jonvarsuz named after Dustmurod Aliev.

This institution was established on the basis of the social policy of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and with the aim of creating appropriate conditions for the education and upbringing of preschool children.

Construction work on the institution began in 2026 and was completed in a short time. The institution’s building is one-story and consists of 8 educational and service rooms. It has the necessary conditions for the education and upbringing of children and the activities of educators and staff.

At the same time, 4 early childhood development centers in the villages of Dustmurod Aliyev, Chashmasor, Mehrobod, and Zarkamar village of the 30th Anniversary of Independence settlement of Faozabad district were also put into operation by the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon.

The establishment of such educational institutions was carried out in continuation of constructive measures and with the aim of expanding the basis of preschool education and upbringing in rural areas.

As the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed, the construction of these centers began in 2025 and was completed in 2026.

Each of the newly built buildings has 6 rooms. The necessary conditions have been created for conducting educational activities and staff activities, and a sports ground has also been built on the territory of each center.

Each of these centers is designed to accommodate 50 children, and the educational process is carried out in two groups. Two teachers have been recruited for this work, and an appropriate environment has been created for the formation of basic skills and the comprehensive development of children.

Thus, with the use of early childhood development centers, a total of 200 children will be provided with the opportunity to receive education and upbringing in an appropriate environment that meets modern requirements.

These centers were established in the Faizabad district within the framework of the Early Childhood Development Project to Strengthen Human Capital in Tajikistan and are aimed at developing the primary level of the education system and creating more educational opportunities for children.

The commissioning of such educational facilities is an important step in strengthening the foundations of preschool education and upbringing, and will be conducive to improving educational conditions, especially for children in remote villages. At the same time, these measures will expand the population’s access to preschool education services and create a favorable basis for raising an educated, knowledgeable, and broad-minded generation.
