Emomali Rahmon and Masoud Pezeshkian Discuss Tajikistan–Iran Relations

On October 5, a telephone conversation took place between the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, His Excellency Masoud Pezeshkian.
His Excellency Masoud Pezeshkian warmly congratulated the Head of State on his birthday and conveyed his best wishes to him.
During the conversation, the two sides expressed satisfaction with the steady progress and expansion of relations and cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran.
It was emphasized that, through joint efforts, the friendly ties and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries would continue to develop steadily and expand further.
At the conclusion of the conversation, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, wished peace, stability, and lasting prosperity to the friendly and brotherly people of Iran.
