Parliament introduces amendments to the periodical press laws
Dushanbe, 31.10.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. It is expected that in the future Parliament will introduce amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On periodical press and other mass media”. This issue was discussed on October 31 at the meeting of the Council of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the country chaired by Speaker Shukurjon Zuhurov.
The Council members have also discussed the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On targeted social assistance”, “On introducing amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On accounting and financial reporting”, “On state forecasts, concepts, strategies and programs for socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On telecommunications” and “On introducing amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
At the Council session the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on International Civil Aviation, the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the construction of border posts in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan have been considered. At the end some of issues have been submitted for consideration and approval to the next meeting of the third session of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan fifth convocation.
