Please accept my sincere congratulations on the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Tajikistan.

Looking over the past quarter-century of Ukrainian-Tajik relations, I want to note with satisfaction that there have always been mutual understandings between our countries on many international issues and bilateral cooperation developed rapidly based on long-standing traditions of friendship and respect.

Ukraine is ready to take necessary efforts to further promote the expansion of political, economic and cultural cooperation with Tajikistan on the principles of mutually beneficial partnership and mutual recognition of the national interests of both countries.
