The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon received today a group of leading cadres that have been appointed to senior positions at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Economic Court, the Ministry of Defense and the Committee for Television and Radio-Broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In accordance with the executive orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the following persons in connection with transfer to other job were relieved of their post: Aminzoda Zokirjon Tohir, chairperson of the Penjikent city court, Said Suhrob — chairperson of the Sughd Province’s economic court, Jaloliddin Azizi – judge at the Bobojon Ghafurov’s court, Qalandarzoda Mansur Safar — judge at the Khatlon Province’s economic court.

In line with other executive orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Khairiddinzoda Azizbek Khairiddin was appointed chairperson of the Khatlon Province’s Economic Court and was relieved of his post as deputy chairperson of the Sughd Province’s economic court.

The proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan were sent to the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on giving its consent to appointment  of Azizzoda Zafar Nusrat as a judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Aminzoda Zokirjon Tohir — deputy chairperson of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Said Suhrob — judge at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Qalandarzoda Mansur Safar – judge at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Jaloliddin Azizi – judge at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nuriddin Nurullo Badalzoda — judge at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The proposals of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan were also sent to the members of Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on giving its consent to recalling of the following persons from their post in connection with transfer to other job: Shohiyon Mahmadsaid Alimardon as Deputy Chairperson of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Nazarzoda Khovar Nurmuhammad as judge at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rahimzoda Ismoil as judge at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In addition, by other decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the following persons were appointed to relevant positions: Ismatulloev Dilshod Abdugafforovich – the deputy head of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sattorzoda Abdujabbor – the head of the Department on Human Rights Guarantees at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kholzoda Bobisho – the head of the Department for  Agriculture and Environmental Protection at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Saidvalizoda Barno – the Head of the Legal Department at the Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Davlatzoda Hussein – the Head of the department on Management and Control at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mirzoen Nodir – the Head of the Center for Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan as well as Safaralizoda Zafar – the Head of the branch for Protection of Child Rights under the Human Rights Guarantees Department at the Executive Office of the President Republic of Tajikistan and Pirnazarzoda Ibrohim – the Head of the personnel sector at the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

In addition, in agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, a military commissar at the Khatlon province and commanders of several units and divisions of the Ministry of Defense has been appointed.

By the resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were appointed the first deputy, deputy chairman of the Committee for Television and Radio-Broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the head of the State Inspection on Supervision in the field of television and radio broadcasting, director of Tajikistan’s film studio Tojikfilm.
