Meeting of Foreign Minister with the UNICEF Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States
DUSHANBE, 11.07.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met on July 10 with the UNICEF Regional Director for Central and Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States Ms. Afshan Khan.
During the meeting, issues of cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the UNICEF have been discussed. A particular attention was paid to the implementation of the UNICEF new Country Program for 2016-2020 in Tajikistan, as well as the prospects of further cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the sides expressed readiness for further strengthening of cooperation and implementation of the targeted goals.
