Tajikistan and Malaysia discussed possibilities of expanding bilateral cooperation
DUSHANBE, 23.08.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia Muzaffar Muhammadi met on August 21 with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Dato’ Ramlan Ibrahim.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting, the parties discussed key issues of bilateral cooperation, including holding of the first round of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission between the Republic of Tajikistan and Malaysia and bilateral consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs of the two countries.
The two parties have also discussed possibilities of expanding bilateral cooperation between two countries in various fields, including economy, culture, trade and education.
