Chairman of Supreme Court of Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia’s General Prosecutor discussed prospects of interstate relations
DUSHANBE, 17.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Chairman of Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan Shermuhammad Shohiyon met today with the General Prosecutor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al Mojeb here in Dushanbe.
According to the press centre of the Supreme Court of Tajikistan, the parties had an exchange of views on current state and prospects of interstate relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, both parties have expressed interest in more expansion of cooperation between law enforcement agencies, the exchange of judicial practice and the provision of legal assistance. It was stressed that mutual understanding between the judicial authorities and other law enforcement agencies of the two states contributes to the formation of the prospects for the friendly and beneficial relations.
We will recall that yesterday there also took place in Dushanbe a meeting of the General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan Colonel General of Justice Yusuf Rahmon with the General Prosecutor of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Saud bin Abdullah Al Mojeb.
