Tajik Public Administration Institute Signs Agreement With 12 Foreign Scientific and Educational Institutions
DUSHANBE, 12.02.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – The Public Administration Institute of Tajikistan signed cooperation agreements for the 2019-2020 academic year with 12 foreign scientific and educational institutions of various regions of the Russian Federation, informed the Rector of the Public Administration Institute under the President of Tajikistan Abdukhalil Ghafurzoda at a press conference yesterday in Dushanbe.
“This year the institute plans to establish inter-university cooperation with the North-West Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the Russian President, the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Uzbekistan. Currently, negotiations are underway with the leadership of the above-mentioned educational institutions,” Ghafurzoda added.
The institute also has a student exchange program. In 2018, four Tajik graduate students and undergraduates participated in the Summer International School focusing on the Current Security Issues in the Context of Globalization in Issyk-Kul within the current agreement with the Academy of Public Administration under the Kyrgyz President. This practice continues.
The institute has five specialties in bachelor’s and master’s degree levels, and a total of 1921 students.
