Assembly of Representatives’ Council Discuss Law On State Protection and Support of Entrepreneurship
DUSHANBE, 02.12.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the draft Law of Tajikistan “On State Protection and Support of Entrepreneurship” was discussed at the meeting of the Council of the Assembly of Representatives.
The meeting was chaired by the Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives Shukurjon Zuhurov, reported the Assembly’s Press Secretary Muhammadato Sultonov.
The project was developed in order to bring the current law in line with the requirements of the laws of Tajikistan “On Regulatory Legal Acts,» “On the State Language” and the Tax Code.
The draft Law “On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Economic Procedural Code of Tajikistan” was also reviewed at the meeting.
