President Emomali Rahmon Had a Telephone Conversation with the Chairmen of Provinces, Number of Cities and Districts
DUSHANBE, 02.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a number of telephone conversations with the governors and chairmen of Sughd, Khatlon and GBAO Provinces, cities of Vahdat, Hisor and Tursunzoda as well as the Rudaki district.The officials briefed President Rahmon on the measures taken against the spread of COVID — 19 pandemic.
President Emomali Rahmon emphasized the urgency of banning all mass events, requiring the use of medical masks, disinfecting food establishments, markets, shops, and streets.
«The people should continue their daily work and everyday life as usual,” he said.
