Deputy PM Ismatullozoda Inspects Activities of Pharmacies and Drug Importing Companies in Buston
DUSHANBE, 06.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Deputy Prime Minister Shirin Ismatullozoda and the Chairman of the Sughd Province Rajabboy Ahmadzoda inspected a number of pharmacies and drug importing companies in Buston.
There are a number of companies in Sughd that import drugs and supply provincial markets. One such company, Asia Pharm LLC, currently has a significant amount of medicines in its warehouses.
While considering the current situation, Ahmadzoda emphasized that according to President Emomali Rahmon’s recommendations and instructions, the activities of pharmacies are under the control of responsible persons.
The necessary number of medical supplies and medicines has been reserved for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, and if necessary, additional medicines will be purchased from reputable world companies.
The provincial health administration was instructed to control the activities of pharmacies and to prevent the increase in prices for certain medicines in a timely manner.
Ismatullozosa and Ahmadzoda also visited Durakhshon Buston LLC, which produces toilet paper and napkins.
While inspecting the activities of this enterprise, Ahmadzoda and Ismatullozoda gave useful recommendations to those in charge of increasing the volume of production and its output in accordance with market requirements.
