URGENT: Number of COVID-19 Infected People in Tajikistan Reaches 379
DUSHANBE, 06.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – There are 86 new COVID-19 cases in Tajikistan as of 17:30 today, bringing the total number to 379. The number of those who could not recover has reached eight people, reports the Tajik Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
As of May 6, 3,596 people have been under medical supervision and 246 people have been discharged over the past 24 hours.
The Health Ministry urges all country’s residents to strictly follow the rules of personal hygiene in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, as well as in case of onset of symptoms of the disease to immediately consult a family doctor.
