Dushanbe Launches COVID-19 Vaccination Campaign Among Adults

DUSHANBE, 25.06.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the vaccination campaign began in Dushanbe to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among people over 18 years of age. Citizens over the age of 18 living in Dushanbe can apply to health care facilities at their place of residence for vaccination against COVID-19, reports the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population.
The vaccination is the only way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. According to experts, only by being vaccinated can everyone protect themselves and their loved ones from the COVID-19 infection.
The first stage of the coronavirus immunization campaign among healthcare workers, education and science workers, as well as people over 60 began on March 23 of this year, and the second stage on May 25.
