President Emomali Rahmon Visits Nurobod

DUSHANBE, 20.09.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Concluding his working visit to Sangvor district, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President Emomali Rahmon visited Nurobod to review its socio-economic development, and to take part in the opening of the facilities commemorating the 30th anniversary of independence.
His visit began with the opening of the poultry farm Murgi Nurobod which houses nearly 30,000 birds and in the near feature the farm plans to produce over 25,000 eggs daily, with the goal of eventually reaching 9 million eggs by year.
This was followed by the opening ceremony of the administrative building of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in Nurobod district, which in turn was followed by the opening ceremony of the Department of Mothers and Newborns Healthcare in the District Central Hospital.
Following the opening of the district’s cultural and recreational park, President Rahmon attended the unveiling of the monument of King Ismoili Somoni, as well as the national emblem and the national flag in the main garden which are 22 and 50 meters respectively.
After inspecting the completed second phase of the 1.6 kilometer highway in the center of Darband, President Rahmon visited the Exhibition of Agricultural Products, National Cuisine and Handicrafts.
