DUSHANBE, 26.10.2023 (NIAT Khovar) –  On October 26, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, visited Rudaki district in order to get acquainted with the living conditions of the residents, to open a number of facilities of various purposes and to visit agricultural farms.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, first visited «Hosila» farm in Chorgulteppa village of the district.

Farmers, using advanced experience and following agrotechnical rules, get two or three harvests every year, and along with providing residents of the district with high-quality agricultural products, they also provide the consumer market of the capital.

«Hosila» farm has 1 hectare, and autumn sowing of grain and maize for grain has already been carried out. Also, every year the workers produce different types of vegetables from the land and offer them to the market.

The farm was established by Hosila Khojamkulova, a resident of the district, and in order to efficiently use the land and get several crops, the shareholders, using the best practices and following the agrotechnical rules, planted and cultivated various crops.

Honorable Emomali Rahmon tasked the officials of the field and the farmers to make good use of the favorable weather and carry out the autumn sowing on time.

During the introduction of crop growth, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, gave specific instructions to the officials to grow two or three crops from each land plot, to ensure abundance and, in this context, to ensure food security.

Here, the Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the results of the labor of farmers of the district. Currently, the total area of arable land in Rudaki district is 19,138 hectares. Continuous work of farmers and observance of agrotechnics of planting and cultivation of crops made it possible to increase the production of agricultural products.

Honorable Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, during his visit to the exhibition, assigned the officials to further improve the activity, to get several crops from one plot and to use the personal plots efficiently, to turn the fallow land into agriculture, to stock agricultural products, and thus to supply the country’s markets with food.
