Bishkek Hosts International Medical Congress of SCO Countries

DUSHANBE, 29.03.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On March 27-28, Bishkek has hosted the International Medical Congress of the SCO countries under the motto “Innovations and technologies in the development of cardiology and non-communicable diseases in the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization”, NIAT «Khovar» reports with reference to the SCO Secretariat in Beijing.
The SCO Deputy Secretary General Shri Janesh Kain in his speech emphasized that the International Medical Congress of the SCO countries has become a unique platform for the exchange of experience and best practices in the field of health care.
He paid special attention to the development of the medical care system and strengthening cooperation between the SCO member states in the fight against cardiovascular and non-communicable diseases.
The participants of the event adopted a final communiqué. The next International Medical Congress of the SCO countries will be held in 2025 in Tashkent.
