Mudflows Occurred in Kuhiston Mastchoh District

DUSHANBE, 22.07.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – Due to precipitation, mudflows occurred on July 21 in the villages of Pit, Guzn, Revomut, Ghazn and Ruvosk of Kuhiston Mastchoh district, reports the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense.
The mud mass filled ditches, agricultural lands, inter-settlement roads and auxiliary facilities.
The basements of three residential buildings of residents of Pit and its environs were also flooded.
There were no casualties as a result of the mudflow.
The district emergency commission is working on site.
