Tajik Ambassador meets with the Prosecutor General of the State of Qatar

DUSHANBE, 22.08.2024 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On 21 August 2024, in Doha the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the State of Qatar, Nurmurod Mahmadali, met with the Attorney General of the State of Qatar, Issa Al-Jafali Al-Nuaimi.
According to the Tajik MFA Information Department, during the meeting, issues of expanding and strengthening cooperation between the Prosecutor General’s Offices of the two countries and expanding the contractual and legal framework of interstate relations in areas related to mutual legal assistance, exchange of sectorial visits and other relevant topics of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed.
In addition, taking into account the increasing threats and challenges of our time, an exchange of views was held on further plans for cooperation and ways to jointly combat international terrorism, extremism, cybercrime and organized cross-border crime.
