DUSHANBE, 05.09.2024 /NIAT Khovar/. On September 5, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in Mirzo Tursunzoda neighborhood of Khovaling town community, opened the building of «Hotel-resort for the gifted», which was built as part of the development and construction works dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The building of «Hotel-resort for the gifted» was built with the design and structure of modern architecture and consists of 3 floors.

This facility consists of 54 rooms, a meeting hall with 50 seats, a computer room with 50 chairs and 30 computers.

Rooms and auxiliary buildings of the facility are equipped with equipment and accessories that meet international requirements. The hotel building has a separate heating system.

The building of «Hotel-resort for the gifted» was built with high quality by local entrepreneurs Abdullo Hasanov and Ismoil Sadirov.

The land area of the hotel is 10,000 square meters, and it has become a good place for rest and entertainment of talented young people.

During the construction works, more than 150 builders were employed at the expense of local residents and were provided with good wages.

Upon the acquaintance with the building of «Hotel-resort for the gifted» the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the design, quality of the construction work and the conditions provided for the gifted youth.

In the recreation center, gifted students have the opportunity to engage in various activities with the participation of experienced teachers along with rest and entertainment.

Five fountains and two summerhouses have been built in the large area near the facility, and the yard is decorated with modern walkways and a green environment. In particular, more than 120 ornamental evergreen trees have been planted around the building. A recreation area for 40 people has been built in front of the building.

During the conversation, the Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, guided the officials of the field to the effective use of the facilities and the attraction of the talented young people of the country and their support and motivation.

Installation of modern lighting fixtures of this facility at night completely changes the image of the new building and makes this place beautiful and attractive.

«Hotel-resort for the gifted», intended for the gifted youth of the republic, was called a valuable gift for the future generation of the nation.

Honorable Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon held a cordial meeting with a group of talented teenagers and young people in the recreation hall of the talented people.
