DUSHANBE, 11.07.2025 (NIAT Khovar) – On July 11, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, continuing his working visit to Aini district, launched the construction of a number of facilities of various purposes, which were undertaken within the framework of welcoming the 35th anniversary of state independence, and put 3 industrial enterprises into operation.

Also, at this ceremony, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the activities of 2 secondary educational institutions and 6 kindergartens located in the villages of Zosun, Khairobod, Vahdatobod, Kazdon, Anzob, and Fondaryo.

The joint mining enterprise of the Limited Liability Company “ARB Minerals GROUP” is among them, the direction of which is aimed at the full exploitation of antimony using green technology and low energy consumption.

During the presentation, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that the enterprise was established with joint domestic and foreign investment, taking into account the goals of the Government of the country on rapid industrialization of the country, and in the first stage, 35 people will be provided with jobs and high salaries.

The antimony processing capacity per day in the first stage will be the manufacturing of 10 tons of final antimony products, and in the second stage, it is planned to produce 100 tons of final antimony products per day. Also, in the future, precious minerals such as gold, mercury, etc. will be processed.

All installed equipment and technologies are of new generation production, are energy-efficient in terms of energy saving and have a high production capacity. The products are 63% trioxide and 99.65% metallic antimony of international standard, with the addition of recovery of associated metals such as gold and mercury.

In addition, the Limited Liability Company “ARB Minerals GROUP” has launched its activities in the processing of ore in 3 stages, namely primary enrichment, conversion to antimony trioxide, smelting and production of pure antimony.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, while familiarizing himself with the process of the enterprise’s activities, highly appreciated the contribution of young entrepreneurs and considered the opening of the industrial facility as another achievement in this direction.

In turn, the entrepreneurs expressed their gratitude to the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, for supporting entrepreneurs and expressed their readiness to contribute to the prosperity of the Motherland in the future.

At the same time, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, also launched the activities of two other industrial enterprises — «Angishti Takht» OJSC and the second stage of “TBEA Dushanbe Mining Industry” LLC.

The «Angishti Takht» Coal Company, located in the village of Fondaryo, was built taking into account modern requirements, and its main activity is coal processing.

The establishment of this enterprise was launched with the aim of using the rich natural resources of Tajikistan, and the coal mining capacity is planned to be 90 thousand tons per year, and geological and surveying work will be carried out by local specialists.

This enterprise has a modern laboratory with the installation of new generation equipment, designed to determine the quality of coal, humidity, heat, ash content and sulfur content of coal, which is considered one of the advantages of the Angishti Takht Coal Mine.

Also, each product put up for sale is tested in the enterprise’s laboratory. It should be noted that 70 modern sectoral machines and equipment are involved in coal mining, and a total of 250 people are provided with permanent jobs here.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, during his acquaintance with the activities of the enterprise, highly appreciated it and expressed gratitude to the initiators for the coordination and support of the initiatives of the Government of the country.

The direction of activity of the second phase of the enterprise “TBEA Dushanbe Mining Industry” LLC is the extraction and processing of minerals. The foundation work for the second phase of the enterprise began in 2024 and was put into operation on time and with high quality.

The area of the enterprise is 6,500 square meters, and the capacity for the production and processing of gold concentrate is 4,500 tons per day. The plant has a special control room, and most of the production work is carried out automatically.

Now, after the commissioning of this plant, 300 people have been provided with jobs, and all of them undergo retraining courses with the involvement of professional geological specialists before starting work.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, assessed the opening of such a large enterprise as a positive and effective step towards achieving the goals of the Government of the country regarding industrialization.

It was said that the enterprise is mostly staffed by local specialists. Most of the work accomplished at this enterprise, including mining and access to raw materials, which is carried out in unfavorable relief, is fulfilled by domestic specialists and geologists, which is one of the achievements of this enterprise.

According to information, with the commissioning of new enterprises, a total of 595 people were provided with jobs and good salaries.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave specific instructions to those responsible for increasing production capacity, product quality, and attracting domestic specialists.

Within the framework of the working visit to Aini district, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, also remotely opened 6 preschool institutions and 2 secondary education institutions.

The «Parastu» preschool educational institution in the village of Zosun, with a capacity of 80 children, was established within the framework of the continuous attention and care of the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, to the education sector and the support of village entrepreneurs, taking into account the village population of 3,520 people.

It was reported that the preschool institution was provided with beds, desks, chairs and other necessary equipment with the funding of the Executive Body of State Power of the district.

Preschool educational institution No. 8 in the village of Kazdon, Shamtuch rural community, named Durakhshon, has been commissioned within the framework of the education-supporting policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan with the assistance of the Executive Body of State Power of the district with the funding of the village population on the basis of the reconstruction of the previous building of the secondary educational institution No. 48.

The institution consists of 8 rooms, a hall and a canteen, is provided with comfortable conditions and, according to the project, is designed for 80 people. The decoration of the building and the playground is done with high quality, and the beds, tables, chairs, and entertainment and educational materials are provided according to the tastes of children and adolescents. The building is built with a beautiful and modern design, and its surroundings are decorated with flowers and trees, which adds another beauty to the village of Kazdon.

We would like to remind that in November 2023, as part of the working visit of the Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon to Sughd Province, a new building of the secondary educational institution No. 48 was put into operation in the village of Kazdon. The two-story institution is designed for 320 students per shift. It should be noted that previously this village did not have favorable conditions and opportunities for the education and upbringing of students.

Repair and renovation of village roads and streets, bridges, concrete paving of ditches and embankments, and lighting of the area are collective works that were carried out with the contribution and participation of all residents of the village.

In the village of Anzob, a new and modern Oriyono kindergarten was put into operation with a capacity of 80 children. It was emphasized that 1,829 people live in this village. This institution is two-story and is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which will help to increase the sense of patriotism of teenagers.

Also, the pupils of these institutions were presented with gifts from the Leader of the Nation by representatives of the Government of the country.

On this day, at the same time, secondary educational institution No. 52 in the village of Khairobod with a capacity of 138 students was put into operation.

It was reported that the building of the institution was built on the initiative of local entrepreneurs as part of development measures. The school has 8 classrooms and 3 offices.

Residents of Aini district expressed their gratitude to the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, for the created conditions and the provision of jobs.
