President Emomali Rahmon visits the State Hermitage Museum

On December 22, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, as part of a working visit to St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, together with other heads of state of the Commonwealth of Independent States, visited the historical sites of St. Petersburg, including the State Hermitage Museum.
At the Hermitage Museum, the Head of State of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, was welcomed by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.
The leaders of the CIS member states were provided with detailed information on the history of the museum and its architectural art.
It was reported that this cultural complex was founded in 1764 and consists of seven historical buildings, including the Winter Palace.
