Today, in accordance with presidential decrees and with the consent of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, personnel changes were made in the Supreme Court, the Prosecutor’s Office, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to a decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Hafizzoda Tojiddin was relieved of his post as First Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Regional Court and appointed Chairman of the Mastchoh District Court.

Furthermore, qualified and experienced specialists with strong leadership and supervisory skills were appointed to the positions of prosecutor and head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs department in Mastchoh District.

Prosecutors and heads of departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were also replaced in several cities and districts across the country.

During the meeting, the Head of State comprehensively reviewed the activities of these structures and gave specific instructions to address shortcomings, combat crime, particularly drug use and trafficking, counter violations of laws related to the misuse of land, ensure order and the rule of law, and safeguard the security and stability of society.

It was emphasized that the interests of the state and the nation must remain a priority under all circumstances, and that every law enforcement officer is obliged to act strictly within the framework of applicable laws and regulations and to fully and conscientiously fulfill their official duties.

The Leader of the Nation placed special emphasis on the study of foreign languages, professional development, and the acquisition of modern technical knowledge.
