Tajik Parliament Reviews Disability Rights, Investment and Digital Law Amendments

A regular meeting of the second session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of the seventh convocation was held, the state news agency NIAT “Khovar” reported.
The meeting was chaired by Chairman Faizali Idizoda.
During the session, lawmakers reviewed the draft law on ensuring the rights and social protection of persons with disabilities, a protocol amending the investment agreement between Tajikistan and Qatar dated Aug. 25, 2011, and amendments to the law on electronic documents and electronic signatures. The relevant resolutions were adopted.
Deputy Health and Social Protection Minister Muhiddin Khabibullo, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management Farrukh Yusufzoda, and members of parliamentary committees provided clarifications and comments during the discussion.
