10 people died in helicopter crash in Iran
Dushanbe, 26.03.2016. (NIAT «Khovar»). — 10 people were died in a rescue helicopter crash in southern Iran on Friday, IRNA News Agency reported.
The helicopter belonged to a hospital in Iran’s Fars province and crashed on its way back to the hospital after a rescue operation.
All the crew, medical technicians and the patient on board were died, according to the report.
The cause of the accident is under investigation, Mojtaba Khaledi, the spokesman of Iran’s Emergency Center, was quoted as saying.
