Participation in celebration events «Navruz Caravan» and «Tulip flower tour» in Khujand City
Dushanbe, 26.03.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — In the framework of his working visit to Sughd region the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in Avesto area of the city of Khujand attended and spoke at the celebration events «Navruz Caravan» and «Tulip flower tour».
First, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon spoke in front of the participants of solemn Navruz festivities and congratulated attendees and in their person all citizens of the region with the onset of blessed spring and International Navruz.
Then after the substantial speech of the Leader of the Nation, colorful cultural program started.
Plays and dances, folk songs, demonstration of preparation of typical national dishes of Navruz and other events were among the main parts of this festival.
