Emomali Rahmon laid the cornerstone of a Palace of Culture in the centre of Shughnon district
Dushanbe, 26.06.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. After the opening of the secondary education institution, which has been constructed in the village Kushk of Porshnev community of Shughnon district, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon laid the cornerstone for the construction of a Palace of Culture in the centre of Shughnon district.
A new administrative center and a modern point of recreation and spiritual entertainment with a new building of the Palace of Culture will be built in the center of the district. The Leader of the Nation laid the cornerstone of this complex and construction works will be carried out according to the original project and, in particular, the national architectural style.
The construction works will be carried out at the expense of special funds of the Directorate for the Construction of Governmental Facilities of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of 5 million somoni.
The building of the Palace of Culture will be two-storied — on its ground floor it will have a hall for 324 seats and a number of other professional and working premises. On the second floor there will be a balcony, a room with more than 100 seats, a lobby and a rehearsal hall. In general, the modern Palace of Culture will have 500 seats.
