Thus, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, Latifov Umed Barotovich was relieved of his post as Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Tajikistan in connection with transfer to another job, and by the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Latifov Umed Barotovich was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, replacing Sohibov Shavkat Quzievich.

According to other decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Qurbonzoda Abdullo Habibullo was relieved of his post as Deputy Director of the Agency for Land Management and Irrigation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and was appointed First Deputy Director of this Agency. Hasanzoda Homid Usmon was appointed Deputy Director of the Agency for Land Management and Irrigation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Personnel changes have also occurred in a number of higher educational institutions. By the decrees of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Shohiyon Nurali Nabot was relieved of his post as Rector of Technological University of Tajikistan and was appointed Rector of Danghara State University, replacing Karimzoda Mahmadqul Bobo.

Amonzoda Ilhom Temur was appointed Rector of Technological University of Tajikistan.

Besides, in agreement with the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon have been appointed — Olimi Rauf Latifzoda — Director of the Institute of Economics and Commerce in Khujand, Dodojonzoda Akram Ahmadjon — Director of the Branch of Moscow Power Engineering Institute in Dushanbe and Karimzoda Mahmadqul Bobo — Director of the Dushanbe branch of MISiS National Research Technological University.
