Within the framework of his working trip to Yovon district of Khatlon Region, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, after the opening of an enterprise for the production of cryolite, fluoride aluminum and sulphate acid within the Tajik Chemical and Metallurgical Corporation — «Talco Chemicals», held a fruitful meeting with the activists of the district, as well as workers and specialists of this large industrial enterprise of the country.

President Emomali Rahmon noted with satisfaction that during the celebration of important historical date — 25th anniversary of State Independence of Tajikistan, three new production plants are running in Yovon district, which is a logical continuation of the country’s industrialization policy.

It was outlined that the manufacturing company opened today has been created to meet the needs of the Tajik Aluminum Company in cryolite, fluoride aluminum and sulfate acid based on the processing of local raw materials. Annual capacity of the plant will make 12 thousand tons of cryolite, 18 thousand tons of fluoride aluminum and 130 thousand tons of sulfate acid. 25% of its production is used by the Tajik Aluminum Company, and 75% is exported.
