Cooperation prospects between Tajikistan and the World Bank discussed in Dushanbe
Dushanbe, 06.12.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Sirodjidin Aslov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on December 5 held a meeting with Executive Director of the Wolfensohn Center for Development Mr. Johannes Linn and the World Bank Country Director for Central Asia Ms. Lilia Burunciuc in Dushanbe, MFA Information Department reported.
According to Ministry’s message, the parties had an exchange of views on the issues of socio-economic development of the country and the cooperation prospects between the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Bank.
“During the meeting they have also discussed the possibilities of more active support of national economy by the development partners”, — it is stated in the message.
