Preparatory works for celebrating International holiday Navruz and the 20th anniversary of the Day of National Unity began
DUSHANBE, 18.01.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. An extended meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan on results of ministry’s activity for 2016 and further priority areas for the development of culture, arts and publishing in 2017 was held in given ministry. It was reported by the press-service of the Ministry of Culture of the country.
“During the meeting the relevant decisions for the ensuring development of common cultural space of the country, establishment of a legal framework, taking into account the processes of globalization, social and cultural changes in the country, modernization activity, improving quality and effectiveness of professional-creative, educational, socio-cultural institutions, publishing, the development of scientific studies, providing methodological support for socio-cultural activities, spiritual formation of modern society of independent Tajikistan and security of the information space of the country were adopted”, — it was said in the ministry’s message.
At the meeting the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda gave instructions to the heads of organizations and subordinate agencies concerning the implementation of the plan of festive events on the occasion of the International holiday Navruz, the 20th anniversary of the Day of National Unity, the State independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the programs of republican and international level, and the Days of Culture. It was also indicated to the need of preparatory works for these important dates.
