It gives me great pleasure to convey to you my congratulations on the occasion of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Finland.

It is gratifying that in this period our countries on the basis of equality and principles of mutual respect have established mutually beneficial and fruitful bilateral cooperation, consistently striving for their development.

Tajikistan advocates further expansion of friendly relations between the two countries and expresses its readiness for using all opportunities in this direction.
