Meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 31.03.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, a regular meeting of the Government took place in the Palace of the Nation under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government Emomali Rahmon.
The personnel question was first considered at the meeting. Saidzoda Madsaid Boron, who previously held the post of chief of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
Then the meeting heard the report of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the country Nematullo Hikmatullozoda on the timely preparation of the economy and social sectors of the republic for uninterrupted work in the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018.
Members of the Government of the country, approving the drafts of a number of laws, including draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On amendments to the Tax Code», «On amendments to the Customs Code of the Republic of Tajikistan», «On amendments to the Code of Procedures of the Republic of Tajikistan on administrative offenses», forwarded them to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legal Status of the Deputy of Majlis of People’s Deputies of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast, regions, the city of Dushanbe, cities and districts was also submitted to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The meeting also considered draft resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the draft laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On General Military Duty and Military Service», «On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan on «Combating Corruption» and «On amending the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On State Protection and Support of Entrepreneurship».
