DUSHANBE, 04.03.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon paid a working visit to Khuroson district of Khatlon region.

Working visit of the Head of State began with the village of Fakhrobod. Here, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon became familiar with the project of reconstruction of «Dushanbe-Kurgantube» road.

President of the country was reported that according to the project, the first phase of reconstruction of the road includes 33.2 kilometer section in the amount of 96 million US dollars of grant funds and loans from the Asian Development Bank. According to the plan, during the reconstruction will be carried out construction of 4 bridges, 69 drainage facilities and extension of the road to a four-lane two-way traffic.

President Emomali Rahmon instructed the responsible persons of the Ministry of Transport to attract in the development and implementation of the project the experienced professionals and to attach special attention to the quality of construction work.

Today, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon in order to participate in the campaign of planting seedlings visited the farm Asadullo, where together with Rustami Emomali and workers of the farm planted seedlings in honor of the approach of spring and the coming of Navruz.

Planting of 3000 seedlings on 6 hectares was carried out in the garden of «the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation», which was erected in 2016 on an area of ​​160 hectares.

Here President Emomali Rahmon held a sincere conversation with the workers and specialists of the sector and congratulated them on the coming of spring and spring holidays.
