State and tendencies of development of legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan will be discussed in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 03.04.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The fourth international scientific student conference “Modern state and tendencies of development of legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and CIS countries” will be held on April 28 in the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University.
According to the RTSU, the organizers of the conference, which is devoted to the Year of youth, is Law Faculty of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University.
It is planned to discuss important issues of international public and private law, civil, business law and civil procedure, tendencies of development and improvement of the legislation regulating business activity, legal problems of migration processes (on the example of CIS countries) and other issues.
The conference is expected to be attended by students and postgraduates of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan and the CIS countries.
The materials selected by the organizing committee will be published before the conference in collection form.
