Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon offers condolences over terror attack in Kabul
The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has offered his condolences to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Ghani.
The President’s message reads, in particular:
«Your Excellency,
We are deeply saddened by the Kabul fatal explosion that left dozens killed and injured a large number of peaceful citizens in holy month of Ramadan.
We strongly condemn this brutal and inhuman terror act, committed in spite of the pure traditions and rites of the holy Islam religion.
Please accept, Excellency, our deepest condolences, and convey our words of sympathy to the families and friends of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to all those injured».
