Tajik FM, UK Ambassador discuss broadening further cooperation
DUSHANBE, 16.06.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Sirodjidin Aslov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan has today received Mr. Hugh Philpott, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the MFA Information Department, during the meeting the parties discussed the current state and prospects of development of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the United Kingdom.
The sides expressed their readiness in broadening further cooperation in such areas like economy, education, culture and security.
Constructive dialogue was also held on the issues of cooperation within the international organizations, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
