Tajik-French bilateral and multilateral relations discussed in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 07.06.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Sirodjidin Aslov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan today, June 7 has received Mrs. Yasmine Gouedard, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the French Republic to the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to the MFA Information Department of the country, during the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and France.
It was expressed satisfaction with the level and content of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in the political, economic and cultural fields over 25 years of diplomatic relations. The interlocutors expressed their readiness to further strengthen political dialogue and search for new ways and mechanisms of expanding ties in the areas of mutual interest.
A constructive exchange of views was also held on topical issues of the regional and international agenda.
