Tajikistan and Iran Expand Relations in Various Fields

DUSHANBE, 04.12.2024 (NIAT Khovar) – On December 3, on the sidelines of the 28th Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the ECO in Mashhad, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with his Iranian counterpart Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
The parties expressed satisfaction with the current level of constructive political dialogue between the leaders of the two countries and the trend towards the development of cooperation between Tajikistan and Iran aimed at further expanding relations in the fields of trade and economy, investment, energy, water resources and glaciers’ preservation, development of tourism, ensuring security and regional stability.
