Ambassador Hamrokhon Zarifi met with Tajik graduates of International University of Japan
DUSHANBE, 03.07.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Republic of Tajikistan Hamrokhon ZARIFI held a meeting with representatives of the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) and with graduate fellows from among public servants of the Republic of Tajikistan on the occasion of completion of their study and awarding of the master degrees to them at the International University of Japan.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Japan, during the meeting, the Ambassador of Tajikistan congratulated the graduates with the completion of their studies and expressed confidence that, after returning to Tajikistan, they will make a feasible contribution to the development of the country. The Ambassador of Tajikistan also thanked the Japanese side for assistance in the development of human resources.
JICE representatives positively evaluated the efforts of Tajik fellows in the course of their study, and expressed the intention of the Japanese side to continue implementation of the JDS Program in Tajikistan.
These fellows studied for a term of two years from 2015 to 2017 based on the Human Resources Development Scholarship Program (JDS) under the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Government of Japan.
