Tajikistan delegation met with representatives of BMJV in Berlin
DUSHANBE, 16.08.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan headed by Sharif Said met in Berlin with the head of the International Relations Division of the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMJV) Anna Kathrin, the head of the legal department of international civil law and arbitration Thomas Klipstein and the head of the Berlin IRZ Foundation Angela Schmaink.
According to the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan (CCI RT), during the meeting issues of establishing cooperation in arbitration legislation and introduction of amendments and additions to the International Commercial Arbitration of Tajikistan were discusssed.
The Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection is one of the highest state authorities of the Federal Republic of Germany responsible for the implementation of justice and the imposition of penal sanctions. This Ministry is also conducting an analysis of the legality and constitutionality of laws prepared by other ministries.
