Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani of Qatar
DUSHANBE, 12.10.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani of Qatar.
At the beginning of the conversation the Emir of Qatar expressed his condolences and sympathy to President of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon and his relatives in connection with the demise of his brother Nuriddin Rahmon.
In the continuation of their talks, the two heads of state exchanged views on the most important issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and Qatar.
The telephone conversation took place in a friendly and trust-based atmosphere.
