DUSHANBE, 03.10.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. InfoTour project “Across Tajikistan” was completed.

According to the press service of “Somon Air” Company, the tour was organized by “Somon Air”, “Sky Tour” travel agency, “Hyatt Regency Dushanbe” Hotel with the support of the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The project was organized to promote tourism of Tajikistan abroad. As part of the project, for 11 representatives of travel agencies, bloggers and journalists from Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia and Kazakhstan  was prepared an extensive excursion program on various regions of Tajikistan.

During the period of the implementation of the project, the participants got acquainted with the sights of Dushanbe, Hissar, Kulyab, Darvaz, Vose, Dangara, Nurek, Zarafshan valley, Penjikent and other regions of the republic.

The closing ceremony was attended by representatives of the Organizing Committee of the project — In-flight services senior manager of “Somon Air” Brigitte Wareham and the marketing director of the “Sky Tour” travel agency Tahmina Bahronova, as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Shirin Amonzoda.

The project participants from different countries shared their impressions about Tajikistan. Both organizers and participants agreed in opinion that Tajikistan, being a country with beautiful nature, rich culture and hospitable people, has a great potential for the development of tourism.
