Familiarization of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon with new facilities in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 14.02.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon accompanied by Dushanbe Chairman Rustami Emomali attended inauguration ceremony for a new building of School # 26 in Dushanbe’s Ismoili Somoni district. The school building is designed for 1,280 pupils in two shifts.
The educational centre comprises three blocks, in it 24 classes, include computer and laboratory classes, classes for foreign languages and military training centre and other classes. It was built in accordance with modern requirements. The school grounds include a sports hall, a dining room for 130 seats, and an assembly hall for 250 seats.
Following touring, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with teacher, students and activists of Ismoili Somoni district.
In continuation of his tour, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, in Dushanbe’s Mehrobod neighborhood has commissioned a five-storey residential building for the families of officers of the National Guard of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It is symbolic that the commissioning of this building takes place during the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Armed Forces, which shows the constant concern of the top political leadership of Tajikistan towards the employees of this important state body.
It was informed that 17 million somoni were reportedly spent for construction of that apartment building.
During his tour the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon accompanied by Dushanbe Chairman Rustami Emomali visited Dushanbe’s Firdavsi district and got acquainted with the activities of the joint Tajik-Turkish plant to assemble Turkish buses Akia, «AKIA AVESTO».
During the ceremony, the project for introducing the electronic payment system for public transport in Dushanbe was presented to the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. All necessary equipment for implementation of this project have reportedly been purchased and delivered to the country by Avesto Group LLC.
The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon examined assembles of buses at the joint Tajik-Turkish plant, called the implementation of this initiative important in improving passenger traffic service quality in Dushanbe.
It was informed that in order to upgrade the Dushanbe technical park for the purchase of 100 «AKIA» buses, taking into account its installation on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, an agreement on cooperation between the executive body of state authority of Dushanbe and Turkey’s Akia Company was signed.
In the near future, the management of the joint Tajik-Turkish plans to establish a production of five types of urban and intercity buses in accordance with international standards in the Republic of Tajikistan. To implement that initiative, the leader of the nation, Emomali Rahmon, took part in a ceremony of the start of construction of bus plant. According to the information of the responsible persons the plant reportedly has an annual capacity of 250-300 vehicles.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon accompanied by Dushanbe Chairman Rustami Emomali visited Dushanbe’s Shohmansur district and inspected the building of the National Olympic Committee after reconstruction and delivered remark at the 17th General Assembly’s session of the Olympic Committee.
A total of 1.5 million somoni was allocated to renovating of that Committee by Joint Stock Company «Faroz».
The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon unveiled the curtain from the signboard of the Olympic Honor museum and officialy commissioned it.
This museum houses exhibits of significant achievements of Tajik athletes from the period of Soviet Union, the 25th anniversary of the creation of the National Olympic Committee of Tajikistan and the 26th anniversary of the State Independence, shown at tournaments of various levels.
