Tajikistani, Turkmen Foreign Ministries Hold Regular Consultations on Consulate-Related Issues In Dushanbe
Bilateral consultations between the foreign ministries of Tajikistan and Turkmenistan on consular issues took place in Dushanbe on April 13, according to the Tajik MFA information department.
Co-chaired by Ambassador, Bahrom Kholnazarov, Head of the Tajik Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Consular Department and his Turkmen counterpart Annamurat Altyev.
The meeting focused on issues related to bilateral cooperation, legal aid and rights of citizens and other issues being of mutual interest.
A simplified procedure for issuing visas, further expansion of interdepartmental cooperation in the spheres of tourism, education and science, transportation was the main subjects’ agenda.
