Completion of official visit of Belarus President to Tajikistan
Official visit of the President of the Republic of Belarus to Tajikistan has come to an end. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon saw off Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko at the Dushanbe International Airport.
We will recall that the President of the Republic of Belarus and his accompanying delegation stayed on an official visit in Tajikistan on May 14-16.
The meeting of the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko completed with success and fruitful results.
Following the summit meeting and talks fifteen cooperation documents were signed that cover the areas of trade, economy and investment cooperation, science and education, healthcare, industry, civil defense, agriculture, science, culture and technology.
The holding of Tajikistan – Belarus — Afghanistan — Uzbekistan Business Forum and the participation of the Heads of State of Tajikistan and Belarus in the launching ceremony of the Belarus EXPO in Dushanbe and introducing of the first line of the joint manufacturing facility to assemble Tajik — Belarusian tractors in Hisor city were among the important events within this official visit.
