The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to President of the Council of State and Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez.
The President said, in particular, in his telegram:

We are deeply saddened to learn about the tragic loss of so many lives as a result of the crash of a passenger airplane.
Sharing your grief in this sorrowful hour, I express my words of sympathy to you and the friendly people of Cuba as well as to the families and friends of the victims, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.»
