DUSHANBE, 21.05.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On May 21, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon held a consultative meeting with government members.

The agenda included examining the Government’s work on implementation of decisions taken by the President of Tajikistan, implementation of the Leader of the Nation’s goals and objectives, preparations for the celebration of the nationwide holiday – the 30th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, summing up the results of the meeting with the representatives of the public as well as fulfilling good deeds in the holy month of Ramadan. Prime Minister and heads of ministries and government agencies presented performance report on implementation of these issues.

Taking into account the broad support of the people for promising measures of  leadership of the state and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon instructed the Government and local government authorities to speed up the work reached at a meeting of the Head of State with the representatives of the public addressing resolving social issues, in particular, building educational facilities, consumer service facilities, access to safe drinking-water and reconstruction of municipal roads.

Summing up the discussion, President of the country instructed the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to submit reports on their timely implementation.
